Vynzios is a short catalogue of clothing for men and women, built around the week rather than the season. Jackets and coats for the cold start, knitwear for the long hours, trousers that take a working day. A piece goes up when it earns its place, and we take our time about it.

We are not a trend shop. There is no new drop every Thursday, and we are not trying to sell you a wardrobe. We would rather you bought one piece you reach for on a Tuesday than four you wear once.

How we choose what we sell

We are fussy about a short list of things, because they are the things that go wrong. The long version is on our how we choose page. The short version:

• The supplier knows its own measurements. Chest, length, sleeve, shoulder, for every size in the range. If nobody can give us a real table, we do not list the piece.
• The cloth matches the photograph. We ask for the composition and the weight of the fabric, not just a flattering studio shot.
• It holds its shape. Seams, lining, the way a collar sits after a day of wear. Anything that goes shapeless the first time it is washed is out.
• It is not an imitation of something else. Branded lookalikes do not go up here, however well they would sell.

Measurements, not promises

Nothing we sell is one size fits all, and we do not pretend otherwise. Every product page carries the garment's own measurements, laid flat, in centimetres and inches, for every size we stock.

That is deliberate. It is easy to write that something runs true to size and absorb the returns. We would rather you spent ninety seconds with a tape measure across a jumper you already own and got the right size first time. Your own chest size tells you about you; the table tells you how much room the piece actually leaves.

How your order actually reaches you

We do not hold stock. Your order is packed and dispatched by the supplier who makes the garment, which is why delivery takes 10 to 15 business days to most countries on standard shipping, or 7 to 10 on express.

Both estimates already include the 1 to 3 business days of processing. Every order is tracked.

Those are estimates, not guarantees. Customs inspections and peak periods can push standard delivery to around 20 business days. We would rather say that here than surprise you on day ten. If you need something by the weekend, we are not the right shop.

If it is not right

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to change your mind. Return postage is yours unless the item arrived faulty or we sent the wrong thing, in which case it is ours.

Clothing is returnable unused, complete and in its original packaging. Customers in the EU and the UK also have a 14-day right of withdrawal, which sits on top of that and is set out in full in our refund policy.
